You or your ward must agree to the following:
- Continue all medications and other treatments given by other doctors as they are prescribed, unless otherwise directed by the doctor who prescribed them.
- In the case case of NAET treatments, follow the instructions received, or the treatment may not work and you may have a sensitivity reaction, the treatments will need to be followed up and a repeat procedure may be necessary.
- Disclose any previous anaphylaxis (sensitivity reaction) before treatments can commence, so that every care can be taken to avoid direct contact with the allergens and treatments.

Cancellation
At least 48 hours notice of cancellation is required in order to comply with the cancellation policies of the venues hired. Any cancellations after this may be subject to a charge.
